Bruce as superman. he grew up supressing his powers. he witnessed a (meteor) crash near metropolis, his instinct tell him its related to him when he was 10. he later research it with clark. and oh yeah, in this au, bruce and clark are friends when they are young. 
Bruce started his superhero life when 19,he started staying at metropolis working at daily planet. together with clark, rescuing dick and protecting dick, taking dick into his custody when bruce was 25. a bit like earth one supes.

Dick as superteen. will be superman ii maybe)?) he could be chris kent counter as well. bruce and clark rescued dick from government. look up at bruce a lot. when he was discovered by bruce and clark, he is 15 based on his dna scans

Jason as superlad. he is related with bruce, but he reaches earth later than bruce and dick. he axis with the sun longer than bruce, making him having more sunpower. he appears when bruce is 30, jason when he appears he already is 18

Tim as superboy. he is the clone of lex and bruce. bruce kinda dunno how to deal wih tim,  but later sees him as a son. he claims to be 17. he appears when bruce is 27

Damian as superkid. son of superman. later will be superman iii.

Barbara, Steph and Cass as supergirl (from alternate universes? barbara as linda danvers counterpart, Cass as Cir-el counterpart, Steph maybe pre52 kara counterpart)
